Ladies and Gentlemen....

Just to remind everyone on some of the great things that are going to take place at this years Jacksonville Tattoo Convention.. In the past few years, we have held one of the great Tattoo Conventions out there. This year we are adding even more to make this the best Jacksonville Tattoo Convention ever!! Below is some information and highlights about this years convention....

Hotel.. We are moving the convention to the Renaissance Resort located in the famous World Golf Village. This is where the Golf Hall of Fame is. We are very lucky to acquire this location as it is a top-notch venue. Each of the rooms have been part of a multi-million dollar renovation. All rooms include a mini wet-bar, a flatscreen HD TV, new incredible furniture and bedding. Also, most rooms have a balcony overlooking the beautiful area. There is no additional charge for these rooms, you just need to request it when making your reservations. For those who do not have a balcony, your room is a little larger with a great lounge area. So everyone wins! For reservations, you can call the hotel directly at 888-740-7020. Just mention that you are with the Jacksonville Tattoo Convention to get the amazing rate of $89.00 per night!! You can also go to the convention website www.conventionpros.com and click on "Hotel" to get reservation and hotel information. As everyone can see, the rate is incredible so don't wait too long to make your reservations.

Parking.. There is NO CHARGE for parking. YEAH!!! This is for everyone!! The only reason you will be charged is if you decide to Valet, but other then that, it is on the house!!

Convention Hall.. The Ballroom/ Convention Area is directly attached to the hotel, so you can sleep in and come downstairs to the convention area. For those getting a booth, load in and out will be a breeze as the loading area is directly behind the convention area. Like the hotel, the convention area has just been renovated and is perfect. Huge area, tall ceilings and easy access to everything. As always, ALL booths will be located in the main ballroom, so you will not need to go from room-to-room to find a booth.

Booths.. We are getting a great response already for this years convention and the request for booths have been incredible. The last several years we have sold out of space and this year should be no different. If you are interested in getting a booth, please don't wait too long. The earlier you register, the better spot/ location you will get. If you are looking to register for a booth, you can go to www.conventionpros.com. On the site you can either download a copy of the registration form and mail it in with your payment. You can also, reserve your spot by Credit Card with our online PayPal option. (Please note that Credit Card Payments can only be made on the website for security purposes)

Events and Activities. This year we are adding so many things! There will be live entertainment, parties and we are even working at putting on the first ever Tattoo Industry Golf Tournament that Thursday before booth set-up (This is for ALL skill levels!). In addition to all that, we are going to be adding things for kids, families and friends! We are going to make sure that fun is had by everyone!!

Contests.. Each year we have several categories and this year we will be adding many more to ensure that everyone has a chance to enter their work. And as always, we will be giving away some of THE BIGGEST trophies out there!!

Seminars.. We are lining up some great classes/ seminars for everyone who wants to learn some new skills and topics. We plan on having at least one seminar per day of the convention. Once the seminars are finalized, we will be posting them to the convention website www.conventionpros.com

Sponsorships.. If you or someone you know would like to be a sponsor and have your company's name out for others to see, you can go to our website and click on the "sponsorship" tab. There are multiple levels of sponsorships to choose from.

Other items.. The new location is centered between Downtown Jacksonville, The Beaches of Jacksonville, St. Augustine and other near by destinations. There are also several places to eat, shop and visit within a few minutes driving distance.
