Rules:
- one tattoo can participate only in one nomination
- registration opens 2 hours before the beginning of the contest and will be closed 15 minutes before the beginning of the contest
- all participants of the contest «Best Cover up» must have clear and publishable «before» photo
- Only fully done during the Convention tattoo can participate in «Best of the Day» nomination
- «Best Small Tattoo» must be 10 square centimeters or less
- «Best Big Tattoo» must cover one body part or more
- Both the tattoo artist and the model must be present to participate in the contest and to receive their awards
